Dein Südtiroler Bauer: Dein Genuss

"Dein Südtiroler Bauer" is an image campaign for the South Tyrolean Farmers Union. The main goal is to revitalize the dusty image that the Union has in the public. The key aspects of the campaign are the farmers on one hand and the farmers products on the other. This project handled the latter aspect. South Tyrol offers a broad variety of high quality agricultural products. The South Tyrolean Farmers Union SUPPORTS more than 20.000 South TyrolEAN FARMS. Their work is elementary to a working infrastructur in all aspects of a Farmers life. The South Tyrolean Farmers Union exists factually since 1904, yet the Alpine Farmers Culture is centuries older. Now, with the help of this image campaign both arrived in the 21st Century.

1 potato
1spring onion
2 garlic clove
1 parsnip
1 carrot
1 leek
1 apple (gala)
500 ml water oder chicken consommé
salt, pepper, laurel, olive oil
